Mike received a backlash after several photos surfaced on the internet of him partying without wearing a mask. Bioethicist Arthur Caplan, who was the director of the division of medical ethics at NYU Langone Health, criticised Mike for openly violating the COVID norms of the US government. - Dr Mike Varshavski is a Russian-born American doctor, boxer, and Youtuber. He is known for donating to charitable causes and giving medical-related tips and tricks to his viewers through YouTube and social media.
- Out of fear for his family’s safety due to rising anti-Jewish crimes in Russia, Mike’s father shifted the family to the US when Mike was just six years old. According to Mike, when he arrived in New York, he could only speak a few words in English.
