Career
JSW Cement
Parth Jindal joined JSW Cement group in 2012 as an economic analyst. He worked for 6 months at JFE Steel Japan as an economic analyst. In June 2014, Parth was appointed as the Managing Director of JSW Cement. In April 2018, JSW Cement purchased a 54.44% stake in Shiva Cement Limited. Parth was instrumental in JSW Cement increasing its production capacity at the Dolvi plant in Maharashtra and has opened a plant in Jajpur, Odisha. In 2021, JSW Cement invested $150 million in setting up a clinker unit in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
JSW USA
Parth Jindal is the director of JSW USA. JSW USA announced a $1 billion amount to be split between US operations in Ohio and Texas.
JSW Paints
JSW group launched JSW Paints on 2 May 2019 and Parth Jindal became its Managing Director. It is the only company that offers any colour at one price.
JSW Sports
Parth Jindal is the Managing Director of Jindal Sports. Parth Jindal is the chairman of the football team Bengaluru FC, which plays in the Indian Super League. In 2018, Parth became the chairman of the Indian Premier League team Delhi Capitals when JSW Sports purchased a 50% stake from the GMR team. JSW Sports also owns the Indian Pro-Kabaddi team Haryana Steelers. Parth Jindal launched the Inspire Institute of Sports (IIS) in Vijaynagara, Karnataka on 15 August 2018. Sports Authority of India (SAI) recognised IIS as Khelo India accredited development centre of boxing and wrestling.

Parth Jindal looks over the JSW Venture Fund launched in September 2015. The company has a venture fund of Rs100 crores and invests in startups working in the space and technology sector.

On 28 October 2022, Parth Jindal was appointed the Additional and Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the company JSW Energy.
Philanthropy – Project Yashoda
Parth Jindal supervised the creation of a mobile application that can track the nutrition levels of children below six years of age. It was initially tested in 3 talukas of Palghar, Maharashtra. Local women given the moniker Yashoda were trained on how to use the application, take pictures of mother and child and scan their iris. The application provides real-time information about the nutrition of the child and enables doctors and government officials to take necessary action when required. As the application helped to bring down malnutrition among children, the then-CM of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, ordered this technique to be implemented in the whole state.

- His father Sajjan Jindal advised Parth at the age of 16 years to start eating non-vegetarian food as the business requirements will take him to different parts of the world. Both of them come from a strictly vegetarian family; however, Parth started eating non-vegetarian food and likes seafood.
