- Raimohan Parida was an Indian actor and theatre play (jatra) director, who mainly appeared in Bengali and Odia films. On 24 June 2022, he allegedly committed suicide in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
- He started his career as an actor, and he came into the limelight with the Bengali film ‘Sagar’ (1987). He acted in more than 100 Odia and Bengali films like ‘Singha Bahini’ (1998), ‘Suna Bhauja’ (1994), and ‘Mental’ (2014) for which he gained immense popularity. He mainly played negative characters in various films.
